What a captain sleeps in
This is the question people forget to ask. On a four-cabin 45–50ft cat, the captain usually takes a forepeak crew berth, sleeps in the saloon, or occupies one of the four cabins. If your group needs all four cabins, you need a boat with a dedicated crew berth — a Leopard 50, a Lagoon 50/52, or a Bali 4.8 with the skipper cabin option.
