St Vincent to Bequia is nine nautical miles — about an hour on the fast ferry, twenty minutes by air, or thirty by private RIB. There is no bridge or road option.
Fast ferry (Bequia Express) — the workhorse. Multiple crossings a day, XCD $25 / US $10, about 60 minutes. Reliable, but no live online timetable — follow their Facebook page for schedule changes, particularly on Sundays and public holidays.
Traditional ferry (MV Admiral) — cheaper and slower. Fine in calm conditions; less pleasant when the swell is up. Locals prefer the Express.

Private RIB transfer — the fastest and most flexible option. Around US $350 for up to six people, direct from the yacht base or a private dock, luggage handled. Ideal for late arrivals and families with young children.
